This is a newly developed adhesive for laminating PVC sheets to wooden surfaces under heat presses in different wooden industries especially in kitchens and similar applications.

5%- 8% by weight of crosslinker DN is added to the adhesive and stirred properly for 10 minutes and then the mixture is filtered before use.
The addition of the hardener to the adhesive increases the bond strength and the heat resistance of the adhesive drastically.
Then the adhesive mixture is sprayed on the MDF surface before the PVC laminate is applied under the heat press.
